19th Annual General Meeting of

The Friends of Anderton and Marbury

Notice of Meeting

 

Notice is hereby given that this meeting will take place on Monday 21st May 2018 at 7.45 pm in Comberbach Memorial Hall.

The Officers and Additional Committee Members shall be elected at the Meeting in accordance with the Constitution.

Alan Redley has completed a three-year term of office as Chair.  Nominations for the role of Chair will be sought at the meeting.

Anna Cooper has resigned as Secretary but remains on the Committee.  Joanne Redley has undertaken the role on a temporary basis.  Nominations for the role of Secretary will be sought at the meeting.

Roy Leigh has joined the Committee and Jacqui Hutton has resigned from the Committee since the last AGM.  Roy and all other existing members of the Committee will be standing for election.

Other nominations for membership of the Committee are sought from members of FoAM and should be sent to the Secretary.

Copies of the Accounts for 2017/18 will be available at the meeting.

Bluebells aren’t the only spring flowers in Marbury’s Woodlands, although some may be difficult to spot. There are sweetly scented and pungent smelling plants. There are even some that are good to eat.
